First, We Discover

Before committing to a membership package that’s right for you, we begin with our Discovery Onboarding program. This 12-week process provides Dr. Bayliss and her team the opportunity to deeply understand your personal story, goals and challenges. We will gather all the relevant information and testing to get a full picture of your current circumstances. Together, we’ll create a customized treatment plan that will get you started on a path to meeting your goals.

Then, Your Membership Begins

Once onboarding is complete, you’ll transition to a 12-month membership. The package you choose will determine the number of visits with Dr. Bayliss and your health coach, offering ongoing support for your personalized wellness journey.

By completing Discovery, you'll be fully prepared to transition into one of our tailored membership programs, designed to help you achieve and sustain long-term health improvements.

Practice initiation to include creating your patient portal, gathering paperwork, prior history and prior pertinent tests.
Detailed review of your medical history and research needed to prepare for your first appointment.
Initial consultation (90 minutes) with Dr. Bayliss to further gather information and assess your health history. Together we decide on best additional advanced testing.
Follow-up consultation (90 minutes) with Dr. Bayliss to review test results and craft your personalized health plan (generally 5-6 weeks after your first visit)
A one hour consult with your health coach for nutrition and lifestyle guidance (Generally week 8)
A 30 minute follow-up health coach session for continued coordination of care and to support your personalized treatment plan
